Village Park Lofts are located in the Brookhaven which is near Buckhead and 10 minutes from Interstate 85. Only 8 loft units in this community. Close to restaurants and retail. Secured parking. Has stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, high ceilings and exposed ductwork.

My Opinion on Village Park Lofts

Village Park Lofts are one of a couple loft communities in the Brookhaven. It's located near some cool restaurants and the lofts themselves are cool. Nice authentic brick and even fireplaces! You don't see that much in a loft. I little further away to the expressway than some other buildings, though. You won't see a loft available here for less than $300K. HOA fees are $225 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around 3k per year for the same loft. Overall, a very good rating from me for the Village Park Lofts.
