My Opinion on the Metal Works Lofts

I love the location of these lofts. They are walking distance to Glenwood Park and a short drive to Edgewood, Little 5 Points and Cabbagetown. More of a contemporary look. Nice hardwood floors and pretty spacious lofts in general. I would probably classify the Metal Works Lofts as more of a townhome, since they don't have a ton of loft features. The private garages are nice as are the private porches. HOA fees are around $100 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around $3400 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for the Metal Works Lofts.
