The Factory Lofts The Factory Lofts are located in Virginia Highland. The Interstate is about 5-7 minutes away. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Secured parking lot. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, high ceilings, exposed ductwork. The Factory Lofts is a 24 unit loft building. 12 of the units are 2 stories with small private yards and the other 12 units are 3 levels with private rooftop decks.

I'll start by saying I love, love love these lofts! They are located right behind the Ponce De Leon Shopping Center and there are a ton of places to walk to. If you like hibachi and sushi, you've got to go to Matsuri (right around the corner from The Factory Lofts). Best hibachi and sushi in Atlanta! All of these lofts are 2 or more stories. All of the units have a porch, which is nice. The only complaint I've heard about the Factory Lofts is that sound travels a bit through the walls. Otherwise, this building is fantastic! As far as pricing goes, it's not likely you'll find a loft available here for less than $250K HOA fees are $275. Taxes are around 5k per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for The Factory Lofts.
