Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, wood trusses and exposed ductwork. Amenities include a fitness center and a swimming pool. The Stacks are currently selling their 2nd phase which consist of studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. Most of them are 2 levels with floor to ceiling windows. The first phase at The Stacks mainly consisted of one level floorplans.

If you tend to prefer the authentic type of loft, The Stacks Lofts might be for you. Since this used to be an old cotton mill there's so much character in these lofts. Tons of unique floor plans. Good amount of square footage for the money. Walking distance to Cabbagetown. Can I tout my favorite restaurant there again? OK, you have to go to Agave'. It's one of Atlanta's best restaurants. HOA fees are $220 per month for a 270K loft. Taxes are around 3k per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for The Stacks Lofts.
