My Opinion on Talley Street Lofts

I definitely like the location of the Talley Street Lofts. Who doesn't enjoy strolling around downtown Decatur? These are more of a "soft loft" feel as they don't have a lot of authentic features. Other features include hardwood floors, balconies and tiled bathrooms. HOA fees are $230 per month for a 170K loft. Taxes are around 4k per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Talley Street Lofts.
