My Opinion on Studioplex Lofts  

Studioplex is conveniently located near Inman Park Village and all of the restaurants there. I love the fact that they are all live / work units as this is pretty rare. Easy access to the Interstate.  Fairly authentic in style.  I would definitely recommend this for a commercial situation. Supposedly, there is a restaurant going in here and the chef is from Two Urban Locks....so my guess is that it will be great food!  HOA fees are about $250 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around 4K per year for the same lofts. Overall, a fair to good rating from me for Studioplex Lofts.
