My Opinion on South Park Lofts

Another cool loft community in Cabbagetown. South Park Lofts are pretty cool inside. There are some really unique floor plans and some of them even have their own private yards. The tax abatement only makes South Park a better option, so you better buy soon if you want to take advantage of that. HOA fees are $200 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $1500 per year for a the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for South park Lofts.
