My Opinion on Shoe Factory Lofts

Shoe Factory Lofts looks like a new polished loft building but was actually once a old vintage factory. Even though it is one block from Caroline Street Lofts these lofts offer more of the authentic look with exposed brick and pipes, large windows and they also have flats and 2 story lofts available. Walk to Best Buy, Home Depot, Target and much more! HOA fees are reasonable for the area. Taxes are around 5k per year for a 300K loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Midtown.
