My Opinion on Sessions Street Lofts

Another authentic loft building located outside the perimeter. Because of the location, you get more for your money. Some nice authentic features. Marietta Square is also nearby, which is pretty cool. Amenities include a fitness center. HOA fees are $160 for a 170K loft. Taxes are around low at around $300 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair-good rating from me for Sessions Street Lofts.
