More Info on M West Lofts M West Lofts is a loft community located in Midtown West about 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta . Close drive to Midtown and all the Howell Mill area has to offer. Contemporary Lofts. Authentic features such as high ceilings and large windows. Private garage. Electric stove / range. Amenities include clubhouse and swimming pool.
My Opinion on M West Lofts This area is really a neat area of Atlanta. There are some really cool shops and restaurants here and the restaurants are fantastic. Try JCT and Bacchanalia and you'll see what I'm talking about. These lofts are more of a contemporary townhome feel. Very modern in and out. The nice thing about M West, aside from their location is the fact that they have private garages and private backyards, which is ALWAYS a plus for a loft or condo building. HOA fees are $150 per month for a 300K loft. Taxes are around 4k per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for M West.
