More Info on Moreland Lofts Moreland Lofts are located on Moreland Avenue near Edgewood and Little 5 Points. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Private garage parking. Electric stove / oven. Authentic features such as two stories and some have exposed ductwork.
Moreland Lofts are definitely more of a "soft loft" or townhouse feel. Convenient to the Interstate. Very close to the Edgewood Shopping District and if you like walking, you could probably walk there. Contemporary feel. HOA fees are around $180 for a 205K loft. Taxes are around 3K per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Moreland Lofts.
