Let me start by saying how much I love Cabbagetown. The area has grown immensely in the last few years and I expect that growth to continue. Great nearby restaurants to walk to. The Milltown Lofts themselves are nice as well. Good authentic features for a newer loft development. Nice walkable community. HOA fees are $230 per month for a 180K loft. Taxes are around 2k per year for the same loft since it's located in a tax abatement. Overall, a great rating from me for Cabbagetown.
