My Opinion on Metropolis Lofts

Metropolis is more of a "soft loft" feel. It's got a few authentic features, but I would definitely classify it is heavy on the "soft" side. You're located in a great area, though where you can walk to places. And, hey your in Midtown. Since you're in Midtown, though, the square footage on Metropolis is pretty small compared to other buildings. It all depends on what's most important to you.....location or square footage. HOA fees are $270 for a 260K lofts. Taxes are around $2600 for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Metropolis.
