Authentic features such as exposed brick and and exposed ductwork. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Amenities include concierge and a fitness center.
I will start by saying these are one of my favorite loft buildings in Atlanta. Great authentic features and each unit has some awesome character. The location is great since it's right near tons of restaurants and retail. As far as resale goes, since there are only 2 loft buildings in the area your probably better off than some other areas in Atlanta. HOA fees are$380 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around $4800 for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Mathieson Exchange.
