Lofts at Allene The Lofts at Allene are located just south of the city about 7 min. The Future Beltline project is set to go right across the street. Short drive to restaurants an retail. Authentic features such as concrete floors exposed ductwork. All zoned live / work.
My Opinion on Lofts at Allene The Lofts at Allene are really nice authentic lofts. They tout high 22 ft. ceilings and they are all zoned live/work. My personal opinion would be to get into one of these lofts before the Beltline project starts. I also like the fact that they are all zoned live / work. The set-up is nice as are the lofts themselves. They are definitely authentic in nature (which I see as a plus) HOA fees are around $180 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2800 per year for the same loft. Overall, a very good rating from me for Lofts at Allene.
