Walking distance to a few restaurants. Authentic features such as exposed brick, wood trusses and exposed ductwork. Amenities include a fitness center and a saltwater swimming pool.

My Opinion on LaFrance Street Lofts

LaFrance Street Lofts have some great character and some really nice authentic touches. I'm partial to wood trusses, so the units that have this are my favorite. From what I have seen, these are also a sound investment as they seem to sell pretty quickly. HOA fees are around $180 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2200 per year for the same. Overall, a good rating from me for LaFrance Street Lofts.
