Inman Motorworks is a small loft community located in the Inman Park area. Consists of only 17 total loft units. A short drive to restaurants and shops. Parking lot. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, large windows and exposed ductwork.

My Opinion on Inman Motorworks

Typically, these lofts sell pretty quickly, which most because of the area. The lofts are spacious though and sometimes you can find one that hasn't been updated so you can put your own touches in. HOA fees are $220 for a 260K loft. Taxes are around $2600 per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Inman Motorworks.
