My Opinion on Highland School Lofts

Highland School loft are pretty cool lofts. You can definitely see the school in these lofts and in the hallways, which I like a lot. The only downside to these lofts is the sounds sometimes travels in some of the units. So, I usually do a sound check in the units with my clients just to be sure. Aside from the noise I really do like Highland School Lofts. HOA fees $200 for a $200,000 loft. Taxes are around $2000 per year for the same loft! Overall, a good rating from me for Highland School Lofts.
