My Opinion on Greenwood Lofts

As you probably already know, I'm not a huge fan of the "soft lofts". Greenwood Lofts is a soft loft, but the location is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a ton of places to walk to. The lofts themselves are nice, but somewhat condoish in feel . HOA fees are $180 per month for a 220K loft. Taxes are around $1900 for the same loft. Overall, I rate the Greenwood lofts a good rating since it is right on the Beltline!
