My Opinion on Giant Lofts

Giant Lofts is another building that has some really cool raw open loft spaces. Not a lot to walk to here, but close to everything downtown Atlanta has to offer. Some of the lofts have an awesome view of the city. HOA fees are very reasonable at $120 per month for a 200K loft. Currently in a tax abatement that ends this year. Overall, a fair rating from me for Giant Lofts.
