More Info on Gasket City Lofts Gasket City Lofts are locate on Marietta Street near downtown and close to Castleberry Hill. There are 30 total loft units here. Large open lofts. Parking garage. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, exposed ductwork and wood trusses.
If you want open and authentic, you'll love Gasket City Lofts. I've seen some really cool lofts here throughout the years and it's amazing what people can do with such raw and open spaces. It's a bit of walk to downtown Atlanta but if you like walking you can walk there!, HOA fees are $190 per month for a a $150k loft. Taxes are around $2300 per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Gasket City Lofts.
