Gas stove / range. Authentic features such cement columns, gated entrance and exposed ductwork. Amenities include a swimming pool and fitness center.

My Opinion on Freedom Lofts

I definitely love the Poncey-Highland area of town. There are so many restaurants and places to hangout, not to mention the parks that seem to be everywhere. The Freedom Lofts themselves would be classified as industrial style lofts. I have seen a ton of these lofts and in general, I like them a lot. My favorites are the units with private rooftop decks. If I lived there, that would be a "must have" for me. HOA fees around $160 per month for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2200 per year for the same loft. Overall, a great rating from me for Freedom Lofts.
