Electric stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include a swimming pool and windmill electricity.

My Opinion on Eco Lofts

If your into the "green" thing, Eco Lofts are just for you. As you probably already gathered from reading my website, I am not a huge fan of the "soft loft" feel. There's nothing wrong with that type of loft, it's just not my personal preference. Even so, some people are...and Eco lofts would be a good option for those people that like this style. I do like the Chamblee area, though as it is growing into a charming little area. HOA fees are around $220 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2400 per year for the same loft. Overall a fair rating from me for Eco Lofts.
