More Info on Eco Lofts Eco Lofts is an eco-friendly loft community located in Chamblee (about 15 min. north of Atlanta). Built specifically for "green living". Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Garage parking. Electric stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include a swimming pool and windmill electricity.
If your into the "green" thing, Eco Lofts are just for you. As you probably already gathered from reading my website, I am not a huge fan of the "soft loft" feel. There's nothing wrong with that type of loft, it's just not my personal preference. Even so, some people are...and Eco lofts would be a good option for those people that like this style. I do like the Chamblee area, though as it is growing into a charming little area. HOA fees are around $220 for a 200K loft. Taxes are around $2400 per year for the same loft. The penthouse units are pretty cool though and super large!
