Located in the Poncey-Highland area, City View Lofts is a small loft community consisting of only 16 units. The Lofts have large palladium windows, which bring in a lot of natural light. Short walk to restaurants and retail. Parking lot. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, large windows and lofty staircases.

My Opinion on City View Lofts

Another nice loft building in the Ponce-Highland area. I love the small building feel (as you probably know by now). The palladium windows here are also very cool as you don't see this a lot. You can walk to restaurants and retail, which is always good. The lofts themselves aren't extremely authentic...about average I would say. HOA fees are about $230 per month for a $300K loft. Taxes are $4500 per year for the same loft. Overall, I would rate City View Lofts as a strong "good".
