More Info on Carroll Street Lofts Carroll Street Lofts is located in the artsy, swanky Cabbagetown. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Minutes from downtown, Edgewood and all the Interstates. Parking lot. Electric stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed beams. More industrial feel. Live/work zoning. Only 9 units here.
Out of all the neighborhoods in Atlanta, Cabbagetown is one of my favorites. A loft building located here is inducted into the "good" lofts category just because of it's location! You can't beat Agave' or the Milltown Arms if you want great food. (Be sure to sign up at www.agaverestaurant.com for their monthly coupons.....very worth it). I am not it love with some of the layouts of these lofts, but location trumps layout sometimes, and Carroll Street Lofts definitely is an example of this. Live/work is also a big plus for resale, so I definitely give them kudos for that. HOA fees are around $150 per month for a$175K loft. Taxes are around $3700 per year for the same loft. Small building, great location and live/work. Overall a good rating from me for Carroll Street Lofts.
