More Info on the Warehouse at Candler Park Located in the hot area of Candler Park, Candler Park Warehouse lofts is a small building with only 14 units. Walking distance to restaurants and retail. Parking loft. Gas stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick, exposed ductwork and concrete floors. No swimming or fitness here.
I like the small building feel in general and Candler Park Warehouse is no exception. Candler Park is a great area to visit and even a better area to live. Nice authentic features here and not a lot of competition when you go to sell. HOA fees are $240 per month for a 150K loft. Taxes are $2300 per year for the same loft. Overall a good rating from me for the Warehouse at Candler Park.
