Minutes from downtown and all the cool neighborhoods. Parking garage. Electric stove / range. Amenities include a swimming pool and fitness center.

My Opinion on Block Lofts

Although "soft lofts" aren't my preference, the Block Lofts still have a few lofty features. They are affordable and they are in a great location. Two urban Licks (my favorite restaurant) is a stones throw away. So the Block Lofts definitely get some points for that. Overall, a good affordable option. HOA fees are around $150 per month for a $180k loft. Taxes are around 2k per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating for Block Lofts.
