More Info on Backstreet Lofts Backstreet Lofts is one of the few loft buildings in East Point. Walking distance to some cool restaurants. About 7 min. south of downtown Atlanta. Parking lot. Electric stove / range. Authentic features such as exposed brick and exposed pipes.
In my opinion Backstreet Lofts are pretty cool lofts. I like the authentic features and I personally like the East Point area. There aren't more than 7 lofts in this building, so it's rare to find one on the market. I have clients that have been waiting for something to go on the market here for 2 years! If you're an owner here, you'll probably do fine with resale. Live / work zoning. HOA fees here are $150 for a 160K loft. Taxes are around $1200 for the same loft.
