My Opinion on A & P Lofts

A & P Lofts are located in a really cool area of Atlanta. It's only minutes from the new neighborhood of Glenwood Park, Cabbagetown, East Atlanta, Edgewood and more. The lofts themselves were recently converted from rentals to purchases and they sold pretty quick. I love the inside of these lofts. Aside from all being live / work loft units, each unit is so different from the other units. If you like the raw, authentic style of loft. A & P is right up your alley. HOA fees are around $160 for a 250K loft. Taxes are around $350 per year for the same loft. Overall a very good rating from me for A & P Lofts.
