My Opinion on MidCity Lofts

Another loft in Midtown that's walking distance to shops and restaurants. More of a "soft loft" feel, although the lofts do have some authentic features. Amenities include a rooftop fitness center and swimming pool. HOA fees are$420 for a 300K loft. Taxes are around $4300 for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Midtown.
