Brushworks Lofts are conveniently
located near the expressways in an area call Edgewood. Plenty of
restaurants around the area. Parking lot. Gas stove / range. Walking distance to the the farmers' market.
Authentic features include exposed brickwork, exposed ductwork and
cathedral ceilings.
Brushworks is a small loft community located
in Edgewood that rarely has more than one loft on the market. This
building touts some awesome brick and some very cool features. HOA fees
are $200 for a 200K loft. Taxes are $3000 for the same loft. Overall,
a good rating from me for The Brushworks.
