Authentic features such as exposed brick , exposed ductwork and hardwood floors. Amenities include a swimming pool.

My Opinion on Brickworks Lofts

You can't go wrong living in Inman Park...there is so much to see and do there. The Brickworks are a good mix between a "soft loft" and authentic. The brick is a good addition in the lofts as well. HOA fees are reasonable at $160 per month for a loft priced at $200k Taxes are around $2400 per year for the same loft. Overall, a fair rating from me for Inman Park.
