Authentic features include wood trusses and wide open spaces.

My Opinion on 90 Fairlie Lofts

I've always liked 90 Fairlie lofts. Not just because of the cool places to visit and dine, but the building itself has some great character. 90 Fairlie Lofts are near the Interstate and of course, all the touristy places Atlanta has to offer. The lofts themselves are pretty roomy, but pricing coincides with this. You won't see much here for sale under 300K. HOA fees are around $500 per month for a 200K loft. This building is still in a tax abatement for the next year so taxes are currently only about $200 per year for the same loft. Overall, I give 90 Fairlie Lofts a good score.
