A true Midtown loft, 805 Peachtree is a great option if you are looking to live in this area. Square footage isn't as large as buildings outside of Midtown Atlanta, but that's typical for any building in this area. The lofts are more on the contemporary or "soft loft" side, rather than hard, authentic. A great option for Midtown living. HOA fees are pretty high (typical of a Midtown home with amenities) at $460 per month for $250K loft. Taxes are around 4200k per year for the same loft. Overall, a good rating from me for Midtown.
