More Info on 335 West Ponce Located steps away from downtown Decatur, 335 West Ponce Lofts are pretty much the only authentic loft building in Decatur. Garage parking. Electric stove / range. The interiors tout cement floors and cement columns. There are about 76 total units here. Amenities are a fitness center and swimming pool.
If you're looking for a loft in the Decatur area, 335 West Ponce is a great option. The concierge is very friendly and the parking garage makes parking a breeze. Even though there are 76 units here, the building itself is quiet....which I see as a plus. Since most loft buildings don't have fitness or a swimming pool, I give 335 some extra points. Of, course with these amenities your HOA fees are higher than other loft buildings, but 335 West Ponce keeps them pretty reasonable. HOA fees unit are $315 for a 350K loft. Taxes for the same unit would be around $6200 per year.
