| Description: AVONDALE ESTATES. Back in 1927, building began on this early planned community which was named for the site of some of Shakespeare's best-known works. | Description: BUCKHEAD. This is the wealthiest, hippest and most fashionable area of Atlanta. North of Downtown and Midtown, most of the trendiest clubs, restaurants and shopping can be found here, as well as the most expensive homes. Buckhead is home to both Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, the two shopping meccas of Atlanta.
